A Pete Lab builds and sells small Apple ecosystem software products. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us about privacy requests.
Information we collect
When you browse this website, we may receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps, and basic device metadata through hosting, security, or analytics infrastructure. When you use a product license, activation or validation requests may include product slug, license status, app version, platform, timestamp, request metadata, and a device identifier or hash needed to operate licensing. We do not upload or store private data created while you use our software on our servers without your explicit authorization.
Purchases and licensing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. A Pete Lab does not store full payment card numbers. We may store purchase identifiers, customer email, product plan, license key, activation state, and related support records so we can deliver products, prevent abuse, and help customers recover access.
How we use information
We use collected information to provide downloads, activate licenses, maintain product accounts, respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, protect the service, and meet legal or payment compliance obligations.
Retention and sharing
